5. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment must not exceed the number specified in the booking. If you have extra guests, you will be charged an additional KES 500 for each extra guest per night.

7. Keys: Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of the keys provided. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to provide a fair and reasonable solution for both parties in case of cancellation.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Please note that in case of any change or cancellation of your booking, written confirmation must be received.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from traveling.
