Cancellation / Refund Policy

Our refund policy for the holiday apartment is as follows:

Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a 75% refund if the cancellation is requested 7 days before check-in.
Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a 50% refund if the cancellation is requested up until 24 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or after check-in are not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, guests must contact us directly through the contact information provided at the time of booking. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request being received and accepted.

Please note that refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original payment method. In case of any issues with the refund process, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
