Quiet hours: Guests are expected to respect the quiet hours of the building, which are from 10 pm to 8 am. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated at any time.
Smoking: The apartments are designated as non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments or on the balconies. Guests who smoke may do so in designated outdoor areas.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy during their stay. Any damages or excessive cleaning fees will be charged to the guest.
Kitchen use: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, but are expected to clean up after themselves and leave the kitchen in a clean and tidy condition.
Use of common areas: Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool, bar and restaurant, conference center, and fully equipped spa. However, they are expected to follow the rules and regulations of these areas and to respect the rights of other guests.
Elevator use: Guests are expected to follow the safety guidelines and rules when using the elevator.
Wi-Fi: Dedicated Wi-Fi is provided for the guests' use. Guests are expected to use it responsibly and not engage in any illegal activities or download inappropriate content.
Balconies: Guests are welcome to use the balconies, but are expected to respect the rights of other guests and not engage in any disruptive behavior.
Compliance with laws: Guests are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay.

Cancellation Policy for Shanzu Beachfront Apartments
We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.
Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund with no penalties.
Cancellation Fee (25%):
Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the check-in date will attract a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
Cancellation Fee (50%):
Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in up until 24 hours after check-in will attract a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
No Refund:
Cancellations made after 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for any refund.
Important Notes:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
