Noise Restrictions: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Loud music, shouting, or any other excessive noise is not allowed.
Energy Conservation: Please switch off all electronics, air conditioning, and lights when not in use or when leaving the apartment. This will help to conserve energy and lower utility costs.
Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the apartment or on the property.
Glassware: Please handle glassware with care and do not break or damage any glassware inside the apartment.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Our refund policy for the holiday apartment is as follows:

Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a 75% refund if the cancellation is requested 7 days before check-in.
Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a 50% refund if the cancellation is requested up until 24 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or after check-in are not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, guests must contact us directly through the contact information provided at the time of booking. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request being received and accepted.

Please note that refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original payment method. In case of any issues with the refund process, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We understand that sometimes plans change and unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we do have a strict cancellation policy in place to ensure that our guests are aware of the terms and conditions of the booking.
