5. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment must not exceed the number specified in the booking. If you have extra guests, you will be charged an additional KES 500 for each extra guest per night.

7. Keys: Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of the keys provided. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount paid.

We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a cancellation. However, we do ask that guests provide as much notice as possible to allow us to try to rebook the apartment and minimize losses.
